The Philosophy of Tridatu:

Tridatu, meaning ‘Three Elements,’ holds profound philosophical significance in Hindu beliefs and is believed to possess power. It is a composition/arrangement of three threads, each representing a specific color and element. Tri means three, and Datu means element or color.

The three threads symbolize the divine Trinity, or Tri Murti:
