1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Generally, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order ID and also photos or videos proof for Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items.

2. Types of Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within a week of delivery so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If we are not notified right away, we will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 30 days of delivery to arrange for a return and replacement.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept Return and Refund for change of mind, please review and ensure you like the items before you make your purchase.
  • Unclaimed, Undeliverable, and Refused Delivery returns will be subject to cancellation and will not be subject to a refund.

  • You will be issued a refund for the full amount of the order including shipping, if the correct replacement unit is unavailable.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

5. Exclusions
