ONGKARA
Ongkara/Omkara is a Sacred Symbol in Hinduism. In the Upanishads, Ongkara or Omkara is referred to as Niyasa, which means a tool to help concentrate our minds towards Hyang Widhi, and worshippers receive the vibration of holiness from Hyang Widhi. Niyasa or other means such as offerings, shrines, altars, etc. As a sacred symbol, Niyasa should be used or placed in a proper place because it has been sanctified. Improper treatment of the Niyasa/Sacred Symbol may be due to ignorance (avidya) or intentional (rajasika). Why is one of the Niyasas in the form of Ongkara/Omkara? Because that is the image seen by the Maha Rishis, the recipients of the revelations from Hyang Widhi, which they then pass down to us.
TRIDATU
Tridatu, literally meaning three forces, represents the three main entities in Hinduism, namely the Gods Brahma, Shiva, and Vishnu. These three entities are represented by the three colors on the bracelet: red, black, and white.
